Winter in Niagara-on-the-Lake brings a new array of activities for
visitors. Seasonal festivities get underway with the Candlelight Stroll through the historic town centre
held on the first Friday in December, followed the next day by a Christmas Emporium for shopping. On the second Saturday in December Santa comes to town as a guest of honour at Niagara-on-the-Lake's very own Santa Claus Parade. |

Ring in the New Year dining in one of the town's fine restaurants or taverns and let the celebrations continue in January at the Ice wine Festival at the local wineries. Shake off the February blues over the weekends of Days of Wine and Roses featuring the best of the regions wine and food products. |
